BBMP Khata Transfer

I went for khata transfer and inspector asked me to pay bribe to expedite the case. I said I do not believe in bribe. He smiled but I did not agree to pay. It took me around 4 months to get things done but I got my thing done without paying bribe. Now next step is to get it online.
