Bribe of 10-15,000 for marriage registration in *******
The registration department personnel were resisting the marriage registration under one pretext or another, both in Gurgaon and Delhi. Brokers outside asked for 10-15,000 Rs. to get it expedited and issued. We still haven't paid the bribe.
