Bribe for Cidco transfer
The builder is asking me to pay bribe of 25000/- so that he can pay the bribe to the CIDCO officials to do the Cidco transfer done on my name. The property I bought is a used one and I am the 2nd owwner of this flat. The first owner has paid the CIDCO tRANSFER CHARGES. however though the flat was sold for the first time to the 1st owner in 2002, CIDCO Transfer has not happened for the socitey, i.e. builder has not paid the cidco transfer money collected from the 1st owner. Why should I pay bribe to the builder when he is just supposed to do the CIDCO transfer on my name..
