BSNL landline and internet not working since March, 2012
When i got a new BSNL connection, the line men demanded for some money. To his demand i took out a hundred rupee note and offered him. He rejected the offer and demanded that at least Rs 300.00 be given. To this i objected and he went off saying "parwah nahin .......". But i wonder that he is the one playing spoilsport with my telephone and internet connection. Initially the telephone went off once a while. Then it began to do so for a week or two. And now it has exceeded its time. Now it is completely off since March, 2012 i.e. about seven months now. I have written to the who's who of BSNL, Bangalore, put across emails, even met some of the senior officers Area Manager, BSNL Indiranagar, Bangalore. But till date nothing has worked out.
More recently,i sent some mails across to Mr ******* , Public Grievence Officer, BSNL. But it seems they are not at all interested or they do not have any control over their staff. Moreover, recently i received a bill of Rs 2143.00 as previous balance. In that case i shall like to mention that i have all the receipts of payments till i used last i.e. February, 2012 and payed in March, 2012.
