Today asi am going along with my parents to see Charminar,in our car a traffic constable Nehru Naik stooped us.He asked my father to show all the documents pertainig to our car.Unfortunately my father's car insurance expired and he left the car's pollutin certificate at home.The constable threatened to imose a fine of Rs1000.Later he demanded a bribe of rs 200.My father threatened to compain to a senior police officer.The constable thought he was kidding but was shocked when my father showed him his contact number. Actually my dad was an acquaintance of the then SP of Intelligence Department Mr Balasubramaniam.The intelligence department once sought my dad help to track certain suspicious call records during ongoing investigations into the then dlishuknagar bomb blsats.
Upon knowing upon my fathers background the constable returned the Rs200 .
MORAL :Its better to keep all the documents related to our vehicle so as not to be expoited by unscrupulous cops
