I will continue to refuse paying a bribe
We commenced a Play Home for children in our garden. We use no electricity as the games are played outdoors with slides, garden swing, etc. The Meter Reader of the area is constantly suggesting that he will take action if we do not use his services to "regularize" our status. Whatever this means. As I refuse to pay him any money, he has now involved the Asst.Engineer to intervene. No bribe has been paid by me...and I will refuse to do so.
