Ignored bribe pleas
I was made to run to the EB office for 6 months everyday just to get my apartment EB bill transferred to my name. Everytime I went there they would have excuses on how th paper has already left their table and gone to the superiors table. I have even taken papers from one EB office to the other when it should have been done by their staff. Finally I got it done and the clerk who took my signature scratched his head and mumbled abt paying him somehting but I just walked away.
