My first battle against bribe
Took a new apartment and wanted to change the name of meter from builder to my name. BESCOM office at Hulimavu directly asked many of our residents to pay 100-500rs bribe to change in spite with all documents.
I stood strongly and waited for 4 weeks continuously enquired almost 3 days once. Strictly told that i will not pay any thing and I have all documents correct. Finally after a long fight i win. I got clearense copy from him. So happy that i got my work done with out paying single rupee. Almost all 25 flats in my appartment paid him ~200-500Rs depending on language they speak.
