Paid the challan
I and a friend of mine were leaving the office for our home in the evening. He has bought a new car and so I was going with him.While taking the U-turn from under the IFFCO chowk, a policewoman stopped us and told us to talk to sub inspector woman.She told us that we need to pay a fine of Rs 1000/- since there was a black film on our car. We told her that we would get it done in next 24 hours but she refused.Finally, we gave him Rs 1000/- and got the receipt. We realized that it was our fault since the film on the windows has to be 70% transparent .But at least we were content that we had not paid the bribe.
