Tax payers are not here to tolerate the mood-swings of these Incompetent SHO's spread across Police Stations.
The Police must know that We citizens expect a certain disciplined code of conduct from our men in uniform.
We call on you to save Taxpayers money from sustaining these ineffective, incompetent Station House Officer's.
While on one hand they have a few diligent police officers, in minority; the majority are either lax or forced to become so due to their over-burdened work schedules. Either way, this majority of lax officers is overshadowing the good ones and doing a disservice to both the department and citizen's for whom they were deployed in the first place.
On one hand, they target the unsuspecting citizen to believe with a bold writing on the wall "Nimn phone par turant batla sakte hain"; but in the same breath their phone's not only go unanswered, but officer's who come in an hour late on a 100 number complaint; go a step ahead to make the awakened resident feel so inconsequential that s/he doesn't dare to report any mishap again.
Then starts a grapevine that brews in their courtyard and travels till the parliament...
STOP this Bigotry in Statutory Institutions against Women!
