Still paying for not paying
The ones who pay the valveman who operates at his discretion gets sufficient water while a senior citizen resisting it barely gets 1/3rd of what others get. Complaint's to the chairman and the Corporator who has kept a register at his residence also does not yield any result. Solution? I think I will go the RTI way.
