We are just the farmers how could we give bribe so much just to get what is ours.
Ours is farming land, 3 years back it was acquired by central Govt (Railways) for double track B/W Bangalore and Mysore, stating that compensation will be given soon . I'm very sad to say that was the only income sources for us and also for most of the farmers living there. till date we dint receive any compensation. Story doesn't end here, after almost 3 years of long waiting central Govt passes our payment recently, but unfortunately our District AC(who is having very powerful political influence) and many others Govt officials who works in DC office are asking Bribe in percentage ratio from each farmer and the land owners, (i could approximately tell its comes around more than 30 lacs) to pass our checks. we are just the farmers how could we give bribe so much just to get what is ours. so still our checks in pending.. I'm very regret to say that our social servants has became only servants of politicians or influenced persons. It took more than 3 years just to get the check pass for a former where as a politician can get it in few days how.?
