We asked to be issued a challan
Once we were returning home at night and wrongly entered one way road. suddenly a traffic constable stopped us and said that we have to pay him or he will issue challan against us. My brother, who was driving the car, refused to pay him any money and requested him to issue a challan.
the constable kept on arguing that we had to unnecessarily go to traffic police office for payment of challan and our whole day would get spoiled blah....blah...... but my brother strictly and politely asked him to issue the challan. finally the constable left us without issuing the challan and we did not pay him a single paisa bribe.
