Now the layout has the BDA sanction and work order has been issued for the formation. Katha and tax payment documents are yet to be done. In the meanwhile, because of my old age, I would like to give a gift deed for the plot to my son. Without Katha and tax payment and only with registration and possession certificate, can I do this gift deed. Your advice to the correct status regarding this would be most useful and timely.
