Hai Raghu What are the documents to be enclosed while applying for A Khatha, the Site is formed on agriculture land without conversion, the area is fully developed with stray vacant sites.
When the land is not converted from Agricultural to non-agricultural land, the BBMP will not issue Katha. However, BBMP will take property tax if there is a building and will issue a B Katha.
