I bought a flat in chennai limit. tax is being paid in the name of the transferee for the last 4 years so want to change the property in my name. How to do it? While transfering property why dont they arrange to transfer other documents incluing water connection, patta, EB connection etc in the name of the transferor after getting the required fees without running to various offices?
