I wish to buy a flat in sec 77 noida under resale. This will be the second transfer of the property as the flat has been transferred once by the original allotee to a second person last year from whom i am intending to buy. The first transfer took place before the builder had offered the possession. Now, though the builder had offered the possession in Sep 2014, the second allotee has not taken the possession as of yet. Further, he is het to make the payment of the balance 5% cost of the flat. Kindly suggest what all documents i need to check before i proceed to enter into an agreement
