My friend Indian from Bihar has no residential proof of Mumbai except Leave and Licence agreement, married as per Hindu act (Arya Samaj Marriage).in Mumbai. His spouse an NRI Indian based in South Africa.also dont have any residential proof in Mumbai. The marriage need to be registered for visa formality. How can i register marrige in court under this circumstances. Please answer.
