Sir, i have purchased flat at samajgarh, kolkata - 700040 in 2013 & also the property tax is up to date. i have also paid money to my promoter for mutation. but i have not yet got my mutation certificate from my promoter. plz help, what to do? My ASSESSEE NO IS - 210950514243
