Happy to see Transparent Passport office operations. Only police verification still a problem
Passport office operations are very clean and transparent. when i visited passport office this time for my kids passport, i was pleased to notice the +ve change in end to end process. No agent, no harassment from any officers, no more frustrations. I'm talking about Pune passport office.
However, police verification is still an harassment transaction and has not changed at all. Without money they will not respond to your police clearance certificate.
Lets pray that police verification also gets revamped like passport process, but looks to be difficulty.
