I am living in abroad and my mother,elderly retired teacher, 82 years old was demanded for R.S 15,000 bribe for House tax evalution.She was threatened that they would give wrong evaluation and she has to pay more money annually otherwise.After bargaining she paid R.S.7000 irrespective of my advice not to pay over the phone.My Mother told me"It is impossible to live in India" without bribing.
