I tried asking the officer how the NOC can be obtained. No reply from their side. But agents were passing on the papers even though they were not in the queue. The agents said in front of everyone that it would take 2-3 months to get a NOC. But if applied through the, it would be done in 7 days.
Agent name was Mohanty.
The agents have their desks outside the RTO Office. Robbery in day light.
