Why should I pay a bribe to get a marriage certificate after getting legally married with the consent of parents? I had to bribe every person right from the office boy till the signing authority.The amount had to be kept between the sheets of the application and submitted.How will India prosper if a person has to be bribed for doing his duty apart from the goverment salary?
