We purchased a agricultural land in Niphad,Nashik.The exat location is 10Km from bharvas phata on Niphad-yeola road in maharashtra.
we had to pay 15,000 per registration to get the transfer done.
there was an operator named Ansari and we had to give him Rs.500 to get the papers done speedily.

A year later the Mojni or land assesstment is yet to be completed.Teh office there demanded 1Lkahs for it and finally agreed on 35,000 advance and 5,000 later.We have paid him advance but he still wouldnt come for the assesment.

I will be very shortly filing an RTI asking why the delay.
