Had to regularly pay bribes to the peon, Prasanta Kahar, mobile phone no. 9231915432 to release Earnest Money Deposit drafts, get work bills signed by the Executive Engineer of the office. He even takes money from the office employees if there is any bill, like GPF or Travelling Allowance or Medical Reimbursement Bills to be sanctioned from the Treasury Office, Hooghly Treasury II. Being a very resourceful man, he has fashioned a network in the Treasury Office which sanctions the various bills for payment. He also sometimes submits false bills, getting them signed by the Executive Engineer, who is quite under his influence for unknown reasons. This man, Mr Kahar, is an absolutely dishonest man who will do anything for money. He works as a Peon, Group D, at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hooghly Division, Social Sector, Public Works Ditrectorate, Anupam Bhavan, Tolaphatak, Chinsurah, Hooghly - 712101, Ph. No. 033-2680 1471
The earlier this man is reprimanded, the better it is for society.
