These incidents are of 10 years go, as I came to know about this now I just wanted to update you.
Once myself and two friends of mine are travelling on my bike to collect mark sheets (3 ppl on bike which is against the rules), Not sure what the charge would be. Traffic police caught us and took our bike keys. We were left after bribing him Rs. 50/-.
Another similar incident but this time I was travelling on wrong route, I was caught by CI who was in his vehicle. They stopped me and took my keys. The CI was telling his assistant to write Rs.50/- as fine in front of me, He wrote Rs. 50/- but he took me away from CI and was demanding Rs.100/-. I asked him why should I pay 100 if the fine is just 50, He said "CI sir will tell like that only we will have internal meanings" and he took 100 from me.
