I paid a bribe of Rs.5,000/- to get a VAT certificate registered

I want to start a small trading business of in Hyderabad Moosapet area. I went to Commercial Tax office, Hydernagar Circle , Hyderabad, to apply for VAT registration with all original documents and affidavits February 9, 2015.

The office bearers have asked me Rs.5,000/- to get my firm registered. They even threatened me to deliberately make things difficult if do not cooperate with them.

I paid Rs.5,000/- and came out with a sigh relief that I got the VAT certificate.

What to do.....These Government Employees will never change...They demand the bribe so openly and they do not want to bargain also.....The whole office bearers are united and they distribute the bribe they got according to their ranks....
