Illegal temporary sewage connection

M y neighbour has knocked down his old house and is putting up a duplex. He paid Rs. 50000 bribe to be given a temporary (illegal) sewage connection for a temporary toilet on the site for his workers. The connection was not done properly, it overflowed and sewage started backing into the water pipes and into our water sump. We endured hell for a couple of months till Metrowater identified and fixed the problem
