Need to bribe for the PF money.

I have applied for the PF withdrawal in 2010. After couple of months, I am told to re-apply. So, I had to apply for the PF once again. After 6 months, when I approaced the concerned person. He told me to give 1000 Rs so that I will get my PF amount in a weeks time. Its been more than 3 months since I paid him. Nothing happened till **********, even that person is not anwering my calls. The PF office at barkatpura is full of bribery. You pay the money and still the work doesnt happen. I am frustrated reaching different people, even the work is not done yet.
