Paid a bribe of 9000 rupees for property registration

Location: Vissannapeta,Krishna district,Andhra pradesh.
My father sister and my self has done property partition and paid a challan amount of 5600 Rupees for registration. Whereas the document writer Pothula Srinivasa Rao later demanded total 12000 as bribe, which includes 400 RS bribe for attenders in registration office,75000 RS bribe for registrar,4000 as his documentation fees. Later he agreed for 9000 RS. We have to pay the bribe,since there is no other way to get our work done. Please help us on this. We want those corrupt people at least get exposed to media.
