Paid bribe
My friend want to start a business and applied for registration under vat. He tried his best to avoid paying bribe but they started delaying the process saying some stupid things. Finally he paid Rs.5000 as they directly said that work wont get finished otherwise. Again the next day he got call from some other officer and said there will be visit to the premises on the next day. He came to know that again he has to pay money. Due to all this shit he just got disappointed very much.
