Paid bribe to get VAT registration at Mazgoan office

• Commercial Tax, Sales Tax, VAT
• New Company or Business Registration
• Paid INR 3,000

I am not sure the name of the officer, but all the officers in the Mazgoan sales tax office takes bribe to register the new business and give the VAT number. Even though all the necessary documents are in place, they still expect bribe from all the applicants. The CA through whom I got the work done, had told me that without paying them bribe the work will not happen at all.
