This was happened to me, when i applied for my passport. I was working in chennai and i got a call from the police station and was said to come in person. I got a leave from my manager and reached my place(It was 8 hr journey from chennai to thanjavur). When i went there with all originals i was asked to give some money for their tea expenses. I was quite surprised and gave him Rs.100. To my surprise that police was asking for another Rs.100 , for this he told there were 2 more people to share. What a unity? and really in our country does a 4 cup of tea cost Rs.200? does anyone have answer?
