I was at star bazar at adajan area. There is huge area under flyover where people park their vehicles very systematic manner. I parked my two wheeler vehicle at that area. Usually surat traffic police goes into sleep on weekdays but on Sunday they are on overzealous mood. They towed away my vehicle. Than u went to bhulka bhavan area to get my vehicle. Than a person who was definitely was not a cop asked me for my licence. I showed to him than he asked for my vehicle rc book. Unfortunately I didn't have at that time. He asked me 150 rupees for settlement. I have to pay it. And I paid it. There is no record of my vehicle in traffic police towing register. No they never maintain it. They just harass people on Sundays.
