Paid to register and investigate a sexual assault happened to one of my friends wife. Police were hesitant to register the complaint and we had to pay them to get it registered and inquiry done only after we payed them. Nasty police. They took money from accused as well and finally forced us to go home. I hate these people. They simply gave one acknowledgement and warned the accused. Thats it.
