This report is from my wife who is struggling to get a passport. I am in Singapore.

While waiting for more than 4 weeks, she called DIB officer where special Police officer looks for Police verification in fast track. Officer was welcome asked to come next week.

Today she went with her elder brother. The officer told her that she should bring her parents also for police verification?????? Very interesting trick to collect Bribe?? I will never forgive such officer if he really did that.

She paid Rs 200 after negotiating from Rs.700
