Change processes and individuals attitude and approaches, else change the individual - need a sophisticated infrastructure to have someone accountable. I was visiting India after 3 years being my motherland, so excited to visit "aamchi mumbai" and landed up with custom officers who stranded me for 5 hrs after midnight arrival of 24 hrs of air journey, I was so ********** off with this experience that by the time, I came out of the airport - I had no excitement to visit India rather cursed myself for the better hope I had for India....I don't want to be a part of the change, I want to be a changing agent, how can this be fixed?

I am very very very disappointed!
