My father had to give the money because in more than four years time period no lekhpal has submitted a single report on the direction of XXX refused to accept the stay order of XXXX. I have reported this to all the officers through email, whatsapp and speed post but no action has been taken. If we go to police they say revenue matters come under XXX and if I go to XXX are thrown then it is the law and order dispute. Then I reported this to XXX but still things are not into consideration. As per official order of revenue department all such matters needs to be resolved in two years time period but in my case not a single hearing took place in four years. On 07-05-2018 XXXXl came for land measurement in the afternoon in XXX. He was made aware that my father is in army and he has come on leave for 15-20 days he will submit the report after he has left the location. My father was given time to come but he did not turn so my father had to go to his home and gave money and brought him for land measurement. Initially he was giving the right information but when the actual time came for submitting the report he submitted a false and misleading report that the matter is in the XXXXand nothing else he mentioned about the land measurement. I have reported this to all the respective officers but I fail to understand why no such action is being taken. This kind of activity is encouraging the wrong doer and dishearten the honest members of the society. If any information is required I am willing to provide. Thanking you in anticipation.
