District Education Officer and Treasury Department is asking for bribes.

DEO Bokaro (Jharkhand) and Treasury office Bokaro (Jharkhand) is asking for 3000 rs. bribe to disburse our salary. Our salary is on hold since joining (since july 2019) and they are saying "we will not disburse the salary, till you pay us".
