High Ranking Police Officer is harrasing and threathing my family
1. A Lady had tried to file a compliant in a police station against me saying that I sex with her and am now refusing to marry.
2. The police did not register the case the lady left the station frustrated and tore the complaint that she wrote and is not to be seen again
3. The police took this reason and started coming to my residence almost daily and started harassing my family saying that they will arrest me and there is a case against me.
4. I filed a writ petition in the Court to restrain the police saying that they are harassing me without any case or compliant.
5.The court ordered a high ranking police official to investigate why the police were harassing my family if there is no case .
6. The Police official called me to his office and is now threatening me and harassing me more saying that you should not have filed this compliant against the police you have made us into your enemies.
7.Furthermore he added that he will call that lady back to the police station and ask her to file a fresh complaint against me .
8.The lady is frequent complainer against men she had filed a similar case in another police station against another man whom she alleges to be her boyfriend for which for which a FIR was registered and a later a B report was filed which means that it was a false compliant.
9.The high ranking police official now claims that he has proof that I have raped that lady even though she has never mentioned any such statement in her compliant
10.He started asking all kinds of questions about how much I spent on lawyers in filing the writ petition in the court.
He started asking my salary details and is now saying that the order that the court has given to him is wrongfully gained and I will be arrested as soon as the lady comes back files a fresh compliant.
