Hypothecation issue & reissue of smart card
I had two issues as noted. I am moving from table to table for movement of my file. There is no proper system of communication to vehicle licencee and next step you have to acquainted with. Deadline adherence in case of hypothecation need not be their responsibility. I am running from pillar to post.
