I didn't Pay Bribe to Corrupt lower grade official for LL
This is because the senior grade issuing office guided me not pay them as they would demand it from. He suggested i had passed the LL round the lower grade officials would ask to pay for handing over it me. I Call this RTO Inspector as the Friend against the bribe though i did not ********** him again i would remember himf or my life
