While going to my native place...............in a railway journey.

this is not a victim of bribe ,once i was proceeding towards my home town .
it wasn't me but my co-traveler ,he was supposed to pay 250 rs ,as fine for traveling in a reservation compartment .
somehow he whispered some thing in, and thus the TTE agreed to take only 150 rs....
soon after then i told him that he took money without any acknowledgment or receipt ,as the TTE was young in this service he was quite worried ,returned the amount immediately .after that the man to whom it was concerned encouraged him to take for his advantage.the TTE was worried any he repeatedly persuaded me of not making it a big deal .....
but today i failed again ,because i had to pay bribe for a passport...
Really we cannot be like a revolutionist ,for that we need to make an early arrangement ...to go.....
