I have booked a ticket yesterday from calicut to ernakulam on 2nd november. An amount of Rs. 361 has been deducted from my account,but the ticket is not confirmed. 2016. please check the issue and let me know the cause. If the ticket is not confirmed please refund the amount to
my account
