I don't want to pay a Bribe; but it seems I'll have to!

• Stamps and Registration
• Registration of Property

We have bought a property at indirapuram and to get it registered; we are required to pay a bribe to registration officer besides the stamp paper and advocate's fee. Advocate';s fee is also not rational.

Please suggest.
