Asked bribe threatening about pollution certificate

• Traffic Fines, Penalties, Rules
• Paid INR 500

Saying that I will have to pay 1500 as I don't have pollution certificate and asked me to leave taking the 500rs fine I paid for no helmet without giving receipt. It happened at HBR Layout , near BDA shopping complex
