Bribe for submitting completion file

• Urban Development Authorities
• Construction Completion Certificate
• Paid INR 500

I tried to submit my property completion file, however they were objecting for one reason or another. Finally got fedup, found a tout and paid 500 as bribe to submit the file. The file was then submitted without any fuss.
