Bribed because didn't know the law

• Police
• Traffic Violations
• Paid INR 600

I was in my car at a traffic signal. Got a phone call. Answered it. Light turned green. MOved my car ...cop saw it ...stopped me ...said he's going to fine me for talking on the phone.
Said fine was 1000Rs and and cancellation of license.
Said he'll let me go for 600.
Paid him....realised he took me for a ride by lying about the law and have since then cursed myself for having bribed him.
