Bribed the Dm for signing NOC
My father had to bribe the DM of the mirzapur dristrict... to get d NOC signed for his petrol pump.. my father is a man with very high morals... and he was very unhappy to do so... but he hd no other option.. all the documents were proper.. but the DM sent them for a recheking... she could do this countless no. of times.. n this ws affecting my father's buisiness.. as he had already taken the piece of land on rent.. n had to pay its rent.. which was quite a lot.. n since the DM was refusing to sign the NOC.. my father was unable to start d petrol pump.. so eventuallyy after sum tym my father had to ocompromise with his morals.. and had to give in..
