I had gone to a trip to Mahabaleshwar with my room mates, a group of six young girls on Dussera, i.e., Oct 24th, 2012. As we entered Mahabaleshwar, a Traffic Policeman stopped our car, took our driver aside and said, " ********** se jo bhi dena hai dedo". As he started to question him why, he repeated the same sentence in a threatening manner and we gave away. He was just stopping every car and asking for money!! As we went ahead, another Traffic Policeman stopped our car with similar intentions but this time, we girls crowded on him saying, "Before this also, a cop had stopped us and took money for no reason. What are you asking for now? We have already paid a heavy entry fees at Panchgani as well as Mahabaleshwar!! Are you giving us a Govt. receipt for this?" He simply backed out without a word and let us go!! We can't even go on Holidays peacefully! Bribes have got no holidays! My dear fellow citizens, lets not just give away our hard earned money to these *******!!
